Brief personal biography

Saimir Shtylla is a freelance architect based in Tirana (Albania) and Ph.D. student at the Polis University in Tirana. His research activity is focused in the elaboration of efficient measure to improve the energetic performance and indoor comfort of the Albanian public scholastic buildings. External consultant for the AMA (Albanian Municipalities Assosiation) for sustainable design issues and has been private consultant for the Ministry of Urban Development of Albania and the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning of Kosovo during the cross-border project proposal between the two countries. His activity is mostly concentrated in architectural and interior design.
